Welcome to the 2025 - 2026 school year, famiLEE! I am proud to be the English Dean this year and am eager to work with Academic Literacy 1 students this year. I am originally from the small town of Carrizo Springs, Texas. After high school, I moved to San Antonio, Texas, attended the University of Texas at San Antonio, and earned a Bachelor's Degree in English, with a concentration in Professional Writing. This will be my 10th year teaching, and my 5th year at LEE High School. In addition to being the campus Title 1 Intervention Teacher for all EOC/STAAR subjects during the 2024-2025 school year, I've taught 7th -11th grade English in Title 1 Schools to on-level, Honors, Magnet, and GT students across our district and San Antonio. I look forward to working with our parents/guardians, students, teachers, and community and wish all Volunteers a safe, strong, and prosperous school year.
