JROTC is a student-led program that provides cadets with life skills, knowledge, and mentorship to enhance their future career, academic and individual success. In addition, JROTC allows high school students to feel part of a greater community of peers and adults, giving them purpose and support during an important transition to adulthood. Instructors guide cadets by encouraging physical training, teaching classes, and one on one mentoring to ensure a lifetime of success and accomplishment of their goals.
