Duties & Responsibilities

    • Command the Battalion Staff in all formations.
    • Maintain a relationship and communication with all in both staff and companies.
    • Use the staff to coordinate and plan meetings and events used to conduct training and control the battalion.
    • Ensure actions and events are within JROTC regulations, as well as comply with school and district policies.
    • Execute all responsibilities within a timely matter to ensure things go smoothly according to schedule.
    • Make operational decisions for the cadet battalion.
    • Be prepared to evaluate any cadet in the battalion at any given time, but specifically staff and company commanders.
