My name is Mr. Solis and I am very excited to kick off the 2024-2025 school year here at LEE High School! I was born and raised here in San Antonio, TX and have been fortunate enough to attend all NEISD schools growing up. I graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in 2010. I am a proud Alumni of the Honors College at The University of Texas at San Antonio, graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics in 2014. (Go Runners!) My wife and I have a 3-year-old maltipoo that we love and spoil very much! My wife, Estefania, is a NICU Nurse of 5 years at St. Luke's Hospital. We are both very passionate about our careers and love what we do!  This will be my 11th year teaching all together- 9 years at Churchill and 2 years at LEE. As with every year, I look forward to all the new students entering my classroom that I get to empower every day. The impact that I have had on my students in the past 10 years of teaching generated fun memories, created role-models both inside and outside the classroom, and changed the vision of mathematics many previously held prior to having me.
