Mr. Mark Hansen
I am a product of the North East Independent School District, graduating from Churchill in 1991. In 1995, I earned a B.A. in History from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas (Whoop!). I earned a M.S. in Educational Administration from Texas A&M-Kingsville in 2001. I have a Social Studies Composite Certification.
I began my teaching career at Driscoll Middle School in 1996, teaching Texas History and U.S. History. In 2004, I moved to Reagan High School and taught World Geography, U.S. History, and A.P. Government. In 2008, I got the opportunity to become the Instructional Dean for Social Studies at LEE High School, where I have taught Government, Psychology, AP Psychology, AP Government, and U.S. History.
I am married to my wonderful wife, Heather, and we have two beautiful and talented children, Hannah and Alex.
