I am proud to be starting my 9th year at LEE High School as the Instructional Dean for Science. This will be my 24th year in secondary science education.  I have taught IPC, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Environmental Systems.  I have also been a middle school instructional coach in NEISD at Ed White Middle School.  I graduated from Texas Tech University in 2001 with a B.S. in Multidisciplinary Science and UTHSCSA with an M.S. in Physiology in 2007.  I have lived in San Antonio since 2003.  I have an 12 year-old daughter who will be a 7th grader at Nimitz STEM.  I am also a pet parent of a dog (Lewis - 15) and a cat (Buddy - 6).

I thoroughly enjoy building positive relationships with teenagers and helping them be successful in science!
