Golf Merchandise Order Form

Order Tex Hill Golf Merchandise here. The order form is for Tex Hill Golf polos, hats, and visors. 

It is not required to purchase, but if you want to order gear please print out the form and fill in the information. Next, send the form with your athlete to give to Coach Koboldt. The polos will be worn during the district tournaments. The deadline to get any order forms turned in to Coach Koboldt is Thursday, March 7, 2024.
