Hi, I am Frances Sparks.  I am one of the proud teachers that opened Tex Hill in 2014/2015.  I am in the Special Education department and support all of our students.  I was raised in Hondo, Texas and have also resided in Weiser, Idaho. San Antonio has been home for me and my family for 21 years. I was away from San Antonio for a short time but could not stay away and got back as soon as I could.  I am fortunate to get back to NEISD. I have two grown sons and three grandchildren. 

 I am EC-12 General Education and EC-12 Special Education certified and have a Masters in TESOL and Masters in Special Education.  

This year I have co-teach classes in 8th and 7th grade Social Studies, 8th grade Science, and 7th grade English Language Arts (ELAR).

I am very happy to have our students back in class and looking forward to a wonderful year!
