This is my tenth year here at Tex Hill Middle School (my eleventh year teaching) and I am so excited to start another year! I graduated from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut where I earned my Bachelors of Science in General Health Science. You may be wondering what "General Health Science" means or encompasses. This means I took many different types of Science courses ranging from Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Anatomy & Physiology, and Biotechnology (essentially genetics and different modern advances in the world of Science and Health). I have taught 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Science. Therefore, I have an understanding of what students should know coming into 7th, and what they will need to know for 8th grade. My tutoring times and days are Monday afternoons (3:45 p.m -4:05 p.m.)and Friday Mornings (7:50 a.m.-8:15 a.m.).
