Welcoming Visitors to Our School
At Hill Middle School, we strive to provide a secure yet welcoming environment for all students, staff, and guests. We've implemented protocols for visiting procedures to ensure safety and security while maintaining a positive visiting experience. Checking In and Visitor Badges
When visiting our campus, we kindly request everyone to have a valid photo ID ready. As part of our safety measures, all visitors are required to show their ID at the front door entrance camera to begin the check-in process.
Checking in allows us to know who's on campus and maintain safety. Checking in not only helps us recognize and welcome visitors but it also adds an extra layer of assurance for everyone on campus.
To ensure safety, visitors must wear an obtained Raptor visitor badge. The Raptor system screens visitors to keep students secure. By wearing a Raptor visitor badge, both administration and faculty employees can easily identify individuals who are authorized to be on campus during school hours.
Dropping Off Student Items
We understand parents and guardians may need to deliver forgotten items to students during school hours, therefore we allow drop offs. However, Hill Middle School does not notify or deliver items to students, resulting in visitors communicating to ensure item pick up. Visitors may drop off food, however our school prohibits food drop offs from food delivery companies and services.

Keeping our school community safe is truly invaluable, which is why "See Something, Say Something" is more than a phrase; it's a call to action.
We encourage everyone to use our confidential North East Tip Line to report any safety concerns. By working together, we can keep our school community safe and secure, ensuring the well-being of our students and staff.
