Hello, I am Stephanie Kohn, a 6th - 8th grade Reading Acceleration teacher at Tex Hill Middle School. I am so excited about the 2024-2025 school year!  I can't wait to meet all my new friends.  :)  This year marks my 22nd year teaching. I've taught 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grade. I love middle school and North East!  I was a student in the district and graduated from MacArthur High School.  It is wonderful to be able to teach here as well.  For my bachelor's degree, I attended Southwest Texas State University, and I received my masters from UTSA.

I have four children: Ellie, Rhett, Blakely, and Carly.  Ellie is a freshman at Texas Tech University, Rhett is entering 9th grade at Johnson, Blakely is entering 2nd grade at Cibolo Green Elementary, and Carly will start Pre-K at Cibolo Green.  I love spending time with family and friends, going to movies, shopping, eating out, traveling, and relaxing.  I can't wait to get to know each of my new kiddos.  We are going to have a great year!
