Ms. Eryn O'Sullivan
Before arriving at “Tex” Hill, she was the Assistant Band Director at both Jourdanton Junior High and High School from 2019 to 2022. Ms. O'Sullivan graduated from Winston Churchill High School in San Antonio, Texas in 2015 and Texas State University with a bachelor’s in music studies in 2019.
During her time at Texas State University, she studied clarinet under Dr. Vanguel Tangarov. She gained experience wide variety of performing ensembles such as the Wind Symphony under the direction of Dr. Caroline Beatty and the Symphonic Winds under the direction of Dr. Kyle Glaser. Ms. O’Sullivan rounded out her education by completing her student teaching at Ronald Reagan High School.
While teaching at Jourdanton, she was responsible for directing the Symphonic Band and all 6th grade beginner woodwind classes as well as all co-taught the Marching Band, Wind Ensemble, and 7th grade band.
In her free time she enjoys exploring National Parks, playing video games, and spending time with her dog, Parker.
