Welcome to Mr. Koboldt's Webpage!

 This is my Fourth year teaching at Tex Hill and for the 2023-24 school year I will be teaching 7th grade Math and 7th grade Math Honors. I'm also the 8th Grade Go-Team Basketball coach as well as the Golf Coach. I actually grew up in this area. I graduated from Johnson High School and then went to UTSA where I received my Bachelors in Interdisicplinary Studies with a certification in 4-8 general education.

I have a true passion for working with middle school students. Being able to see these students' faces when they finally understand a concept is truly fulfilling for me. I strive to create a community of learners that nurtures this growth in a positive, fun environment.

A bit more about me is that I'm the oldest of 5 siblings. I have two sisters that live in Oklahoma. They are Lanie, who is a Freshman at OU, and Chloe, who is a Junior in High School. My other siblings live here in San Antonio, my brother Collin is a Senior at Johnson and my sister Hailey is in her third year in college at UNT. All four of them are my favorite people in the world and I love it when I get to spend any amount of time with them.

I look forward to having a fantastic school year and leading my students to great success.  It's always a great day to be a Tiger!
