Ms. Baumann enjoys training teachers as a presenter of professional development and as a cooperating teacher and mentor to student teachers.  In addition to her "in house" training of Eisenhower faculty on content trailers and learning centers, her professional development presentation experience includes

     Adjunct instructional presenter of science teacher professional development at the Education Region 20 Service Center 2008-2009.

     Presenter of "Vocabulary Magic" card sorts and trailers at the UT Health Science Center's Voelcker Biomedical Research teacher seminars.

     Presenter of professional development for science teachers at CAST (Conference for the Advancement of Science Teaching) in Austin 2007, Galveston 2009, Dallas 2011, Corpus Christi 2012, Dallas 2013 and 2014, San Antonio 2016, Houston 2017.
