Karina De Leon

I was born in Laredo, TX and raised in Tamaulipas, Mexico. I attended Texas A&M International University to pursue a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration on Management. I also graduated with a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a Specialization in Bilingual Education in 2021. I worked for 5 years as a clerk at Christen Middle School in Laredo before obtaining my teaching certificate. My first teaching job was also at Christen Middle, where I taught English Language Arts and Reading.

I moved to San Antonio in 2022, and I love it! I will start my 5th year as a teacher here at Eisenhower, where I will be teaching Spanish Literacy and Spanish as a foreign language.
