Step 1: Fill out New Hire Packet
The following documents must be completed, printed and returned at New Employee Orientation. Failure to bring these documents will result in being rescheduled, which will delay your employment date.

- Previous Employment Information (pdf) NOTE: This form is for auxiliary (i.e. bus drivers, custodial, food service and maintenance) and paraprofessional (i.e. administrative assistant, clerk, instructional assistant, data processor) employees only.
***All Classified Employees***
Complete the Fingerprint Application Services of Texas (FAST) Worksheet. This form must be returned to Human Resources within 24 hours of receiving an email from a Human Resources Staffing Specialist. To return the completed form, reply to the Human Resources Staffing Specialist email and attach the completed document. Or you may fax the completed form to 210-804-7056.
***Bus Assistants, Bus Drivers, Custodians, Food Service Assistants, Instructional Assistants, Special Education Assistants, Procurement or any other Facilities/Maintenance positions***
Complete the Informed Consent for Physical and Drug Screen, in the event that it is required for your position. This form must be returned to Human Resources within 24 hours of receiving an email from a Human Resources Staffing Specialist. New Employee Orientation
New Employee Orientation (NEO) is held at the Richard A. Middleton Education Center (RAMEC) located at 8961 Tesoro Drive, 78217. Dress is business casual and individuals must arrive at 9:00 am for HR staff to review and process the New Hire Packet, including verifying employment eligibility. Orientation presentations will conclude at 3:00 pm. Lunch will be on your own and is scheduled 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. Please plan accordingly for traffic, parking and locating the room assignment.
