Mrs. Bailee Thompson

Hello!

My name is Bailee Thompson! This is going to be my 4th year of teaching, my 2nd year in charge of the MSL-9 program, and my 1st year doing Journalism/Yearbook. I hope to bring fun and engaging activities into my classrooms to aid students in learning and have fun along the way! Students will become active learners and participate daily during in-class activities.

I was born and raised in Houston, TX but moved during my junior year of high school to San Antonio, TX. I graduated from Steele High School in Cibolo, TX in 2014. I continued my education and graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with my Bachelor’s degree in English with a concentration in grades 7-12, English Language Arts and Reading. Between my education and working, I met my now husband along the way and we got married in 2017. We now live together with our 3 dogs, enjoying the best out of life! 

I couldn't be happier to be in a profession that allows me to create bonds and be creative! 

I'm looking forward to seeing what the new year brings!
