My name is Mr. Solis and I am very excited to kick off the 2022-2023 school year here at Churchill High School! May I mention home of the San Antonio Express-News’ 2015 Readers’ Choice Award ---> voted best school in San Antonio. I was born and raised here in San Antonio, TX and have been fortunate enough to attend all NEISD schools growing up. I graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in 2010. I am a proud Alumni of the Honors College at The University of Texas at San Antonio graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics in 2014. (Go Runners!) My wife and I have 14-year-old and 1-year-old Maltipoos that we love and spoil very much! This will be my 8th year teaching at Churchill. As with every year, I look forward to all the new students entering my classroom that I get to empower every day. The impact that I had on my students in the past 7 years of teaching generated fun memories, created role-models both inside and outside the classroom, and changed the vision of Mathematics many previously held prior to having me.
