I have been teaching for 10 years (all at Bush MS) and I am originally from San Antonio, Texas.  I graduated from St. Edward's University in 2011 (Austin, Texas) with a degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis on education.  Since when I was young, I have always been very interested in history and learning about how our past and present will affect our future.  My inspiration for teaching history started when I regularly watched "The History Channel" on tv. During my time at St. Edward's University, I played collegiate basketball for all 4 years.  When I am not teaching, some of my hobbies include playing basketball, golf, scuba diving, traveling and enjoying the outdoors.
