Fundraising Vendors Application

  • To become an approved vendor for fundraising:

    • Fundraising Vendors must register as a vendor at:  Register As A Vendor
    • There will be a $25 fee per application every 3 years and a $25 processing fee per contractor/consultant affidavit submitted. 
    • Approval will be issued via email once the process is complete.

    Food Vendor Guidelines:

    The School Health Advisory Council has approved guidelines for school-sponsored fundraising activities that involve serving or selling food.  Specifically, candy-only sales will not be allowed. Prepackaged gift items with candy are allowed provided they are part of a fundraising project that includes the majority of other gift items (nuts, jewelry, gift wrap, etc.) or for a catalog sale.

    Any vendor offering only candy will not be approved for fundraising.

    Crowd Source Fundraising:

    Being an approved fundraising vendor does NOT mean your company is approved for Crowd Source Fundraising.

    Crowd Source Fundraising is permitted only on NEISD pre-approved websites.
