  • Step 1:

    The executive staff will review each advertisement for consideration.

    • Please provide a finished ad in the desired size to Kristina Perez at mperez21@neisd.net. 
    • Ensure graphics and text are high resolution.
    • If you need design assistance, that can be provided at an additional charge.
    • NEISD will obtain the approval for you to keep you informed on the status of the advertising campaign.

  • Step 2:

    If approved, NEISD will draft a contract between NEISD and the advertiser. To complete the contract, please send the following to Regina Perez at rperez9@neisd.net:

    • The legal name of the entity;
    • Responsible party information: who will sign and his/her title:
    • Provide the address, telephone, facsimile, email; and 
    • Timeline-when the advertiser wants the advertisement to commence (spring and/or winter edition).

  • Step 3:

    Once a contract is signed:

    • Hand deliver or mail the original contract to NEISD along with remittance made payable to NEISD for the advertising campaign
    • Make attention to Regina Perez, NEISD Communications, 8961 Tesoro Drive, Suite 605, San Antonio, TX 78217;
    • NEISD will obtain the executive staff's formal signature and approval and forward a copy to the advertiser for advertiser's records; and
    • NEISD will then commence working on the advertising campaign.

  • Guidelines

    North East ISD offers advertising reach designed to complement your current marketing plan. A detailed contract will be offered to those interested.

    The District retains the right to approve or disapprove any proposed advertising.

    Further, the following restrictions will be in place when seeking revenue enhancement.

    Revenue enhancement activities will not:

    • Promote hostility, disorder or violence
    • Attack ethnic, racial or religious groups
    • Discriminate, demean, harass or ridicule any person or group of persons on the basis of gender
    • Be libelous
    • Inhibit the functioning of the school and/or District
    • Promote, favor or oppose the candidacy of any candidate for election, adoption of any bond/budget issues or any public question submitted at any general, county, municipal or school election
    • Be lewd, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, contain sexual content or illegal material as defined by prevailing community standards throughout the District
    • Promote the use of drugs, drug paraphernalia, alcohol, tobacco, weapons, firearms or certain products that create community concerns
    • Promote any religious or political organization
    • Use any District or school logo without prior approval

  • Disclaimer

    • All advertising campaigns must be pre-paid.
    • Advertising placement is at the sole discretion of North East ISD.
    • Run dates are at the discretion of North East ISD.
    • Advertising space in the Discover Magazine often sells out quickly. Therefore, advertising campaigns are considered on a "first come, first served" basis.
    • All Advertising Rates are subject to change without notice. Advertising Rates associated with current contracts will not be affected. 
    • North East ISD reserves the right to correct any typos and errors in marketing material.
    • All links are provided merely as a convenience to the NEISD community. The inclusion of such link or frame does not imply an endorsement of the linked or framed sites or its contents.
    • NEISD is not responsible for the subject content and does not warranty the information, products or services provided. Any purchases and/or agreements made are between the vendor and employee and/or purchaser.
    • Any and all creations, graphic(s), etc. created by North East ISD for an advertising campaign is and will remain the property of North East ISD.
