Mr. David Matalon

This is my third year teaching, and my first year at Tex Hill. I graduated from UTSA with my degree in Education with a certification to teach 4th-8th grade ELA and Social Studies. I have a passion for different cultures, and this has lead me to travel a lot of the world from Europe to India.  My wife and I are both teachers. We have two dogs, and love spending time outside. My other favorite things to do in my free time are playing tennis, rock climbing, and building projects. In my class your child will grow in their love for reading and writing.  I am looking forward to a great school year!
