One of the best ways to improve spirits and brighten your day is to spend time in Nature.
Under the current social distancing situation, the best way to do this is to spend time in nature close to home, in your backyard is best. Walking in your neighborhood is also a great option as long and you keep a safe distance from your neighbors. If that is not possible, or if you just HAVE to see something different you may visit a local park with your family to get fresh air and exercise. When visiting a park remember all social areas are closed including playgrounds, fitness equipment and ball courts. Keep your distance and do not touch public surfaces, congregate or share equipment or toys. Have fun and be smart.
