Degrees and Certifications:

Master in Education Bachelor of Arts in Communications Minor in Spanish

Susana Acosta

This is my 15th year here at Wilderness Oak Elementary and my 19th year teaching, altogether. I received a Master's in Education degree from Southwest Texas State University (currently Texas State University, although it's still SWT to me.) Reading, gardening, listening to music, attending art museums and festivals, and traveling are some of my hobbies and favorite things to do, but I'm always searching for new ones!!! Another adventure I absolutely love is going to the beach, relaxing on the sand, catching some waves, fishing, and watching our eight-year-old daughter build sand castles. My perfect day would be relaxing on a beach in San Diego, California with family and friends. I'd love to hear what your perfect day would be like!
