About Teacher

Degrees and Certifications:

Mrs. Evelyn Vazquez

I'm originally from Monterrey, Mexico. My journey has taken me from the vibrant streets of Mexico City to the charming corners of Guatemala City before settling in the heart of San Antonio in 2017. I hold a degree in Architecture from Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon, earned in 2003. Currently, my life revolves around my loving husband and our two adorable dogs.

I have a deep passion for teaching, particularly with 6th graders. Their curiosity, energy, and eagerness to learn never fail to inspire me. It's incredibly rewarding to be a part of their educational journey and watch them grow academically and personally. Every day in the classroom is a chance to make a positive impact on these young minds, and I'm looking forward to the new challenges and triumphs that my first year as a SETA teacher will bring. It's an honor to be part of my students' educational experience and to help shape their futures.
