Hello!

I'm thrilled to be embarking on my first year as a teacher at Eisenhower MS. While my journey to the classroom began as a substitute teacher for two years, my roots are deeply planted in San Antonio, Texas, and specifically in the North East Independent School District (NEISD). In fact, I attended Harmony Hills Elementary, Eisenhower Middle School, and proudly graduated from Churchill High in 2010. 

During my high school years, I was not only dedicated to my studies but also active as a student athlete, participating in both basketball and track. These experiences instilled in me a strong sense of discipline and teamwork, values I now bring to my teaching career.

My academic journey took me to the University of the Incarnate Word, where I majored in Business Administration with a focus on Finance. However, the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic prompted me to reassess my career path. I felt a burning desire to make a more meaningful impact and to pay forward the inspiration I received from my own teachers and coaches.

To prepare for this career transition, I earned certifications in Special Education and Physical Education. This academic year, I am excited to take on the role of a math co-teacher, as well as coach volleyball, basketball, and soccer. I genuinely look forward to a year filled with growth and learning, both in the classroom and on the field, as I strive to empower my students to reach their highest potential.
