Last school year, Jeanne and her dog Shiraz regularly worked with students at Wetmore Elementary School. They assisted struggling readers, and as you can imagine, the students were thrilled every time they showed up. She has dedicated a tremendous amount of time to her training, as well as these visits. We are indebted to volunteers like Jeanne and Shiraz who make learning special for our students.
