Guillermo is a positive person who always goes the extra mile in his duties as a school custodian at Las Lomas Elementary School. While he works hard, he took unexpected steps to recognize all the students who help him out as well. Students needed to raise money for the school’s APEX fundraiser, so Guillermo donated funds to the fundraiser in the names of each student who helped clean the cafeteria. These kids were beaming when they were recognized for their hard work. And it was amazing that he took time out of his day and funds from his own pocket to recognize them.
