John Trevino

Officer Trevino met Driscoll Middle School sixth grader Antonio, who has a rare, terminal disease, and he was moved by his story. He learned the student’s dream is to become a police officer, so he raised money and had an official uniform made for Antonio. At a surprise presentation in front of his family and fellow students, Antonio was presented with the uniform, a certificate and badge recognizing him as an honorary North East ISD Police officer. It was an emotional day for everyone involved.  In fact, we learned that Antonio wanted to sleep in his uniform that night. Through his sincere effort and hard work, Officer Trevino made a huge impact on Antonio's life.
