Delia is a dedicated parent volunteer who has supported the Legacy High School JROTC program for the past six years. She was the parent of a cadet for the first four years but has continued to support the program even after her daughter graduated. During this time, Delia attended and supported the program at 30 Drill team and 18 Raider team events, plus she helped prepare for each year’s Military Ball. She has been a mentor to everyone in the program including students, staff and fellow parents. Delia was a constant for the program during a time when many people dropped out of volunteering due to the pandemic. Delia also tirelessly supported the Legacy band program for the four years her daughters attended high school. The LEE community is fortunate to have dedicated parents like her.
