Oak Meadow Elementary School approached Mrs. Debonopaula, owner of business Spirit Monkey, about how the school wanted to promote student emotional and academic success. The school had a small vision and Mrs. Debonopaula took that and ran with it by giving them ideas and resources. She graciously donated spirit sticks for staff to give students. They include positive statements like “I am Awesome” and “Manners Matter.” The spirit sticks help affirm the great choices Oak Meadow students make every day. Mrs. Debonopaula has spent many months collaborating with Oak Meadow and we are grateful for her support.
