The COVID-19 pandemic required the District to adapt and develop a variety of instructional additions and programs. Jennifer, a Data Processing Specialist, worked tirelessly last year and this year by setting up remote virtual teachers, summer school teachers, jumpstart teachers, virtual bridge teachers and intersession teachers. Jennifer's typical role is to support campus personnel across all campuses. There was not always enough time or personnel to train campus data processors to respond to the latest plan. Jennifer jumped in behind the scenes to support campuses in ways they may not even recognize by building schedules, enrolling students, and adding staff members. The workload that would normally be spread across all 46 elementary campuses landed on Jennifer's desk. Jennifer supported each of these programs on top of fulfilling her regular roles and responsibilities.
