The Richard A. Middleton Education Center Elevator Modernization Project consists of upgrading two Kone Traction elevators serving a 6-story structure. Bid Proposals shall demonstrate the Offeror's ability to deliver the "best value" to North East ISD, in accordance with the selection criteria set forth in the bid documents.
