    *This will also be the Pre-UIL concert for 7th/8th grade UIL orchestra students*

    8-11-Spring Break

    25 and 26- UIL Orchestra Contest and Sight reading

    *7th/8th grade UIL orchestra students only*

     

    APRIL

    11- NEISD Evening With Strings (Blossom Athletic Center gym)

     

    MAY

    18-20- Current 6th/7th graders auditions for 2022-2023 orchestra placement

    29 - Nimitz MS Orchestra Spring Concert and Awards

    Formal, Start time: 6:30pm, Student arrival time:5:30pm

  • For the majority of performances, we will be wearing formal orchestral attire.

    6th grade advanced and beginner classes are all black, black slacks or skirt,

    black long sleeve button-down shirt or black dress top, black socks or stockings, black dress shoes or flats.

    (no tennis shoes/crocs flip-flops)
