I have a BFA from University of Texas at San Antonio in Studio Art with a minor in Art History.  I am a teaching artist, who loves doing embroidery and listening to music in my spare time. I am on the Board of Directors for Friends of Spare Parts where I advance reuse and sustainability through creativity and the arts.  I have been teaching at Nimitz Middle School for 14 years and it has been an amazing journey so far.
