I was born and raised in San Antonio. I attended NEISD schools and graduated from Madison High School. I completed my BA in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in Mathematics Education at UTSA in 2000 and completed student teaching at Bush Middle School in 7th grade honors and GT math. I then moved to Austin and ran a Sylvan Learning Center for four years before moving overseas to complete my Master's Degree. After completing my MBA at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School, I decided to move to London and work for UBS Investment Bank, where I ran EMEA Recruitment Marketing before moving to UBS Group, where I managed marketing and communication for Group Offshoring. When I returned to the US, I spent two years working in a start-up, followed by five years working in a non-profit educational organization. I have traveled to more than 40 countries on 4 continents.
I currently live in Northeast San Antonio with my two children (Sophie is 10; Matthew is 8) and our menagerie of pets.
Tutoring Schedule for 2021-2022:
Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 7:45 - 8:15 a.m. (except for weeks when I am on duty)
Wednesday afternoons from 3:50 - 4:15 p.m. (except for weeks when I am on duty)
