Ms. Carolyn Stennis

Hello! My name is Ms. Stennis and I am so excited to join the Krueger Orchestra family!

I grew up in Round Rock, TX, with my parents, younger brother, and pet guinea pigs. I have been playing viola for 11 years. I graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor's of Music in Music Education where I was in the Symphony Orchestra and a student of the Honors College. Previously, I taught with the Texas State String Project for 4 years and was a faculty member for String Camp and ViolaFest. I am an active member of Texas Music Educators Association and Texas Orchestra Directors Association. In my spare time, I enjoy playing guitar, making arts & crafts, eating chocolate, and petting cats. 

I am looking forward to an exciting school year and can't wait to meet everyone!
