Jessica Ybarra

Jessica is an administrative assistant at Jackson Middle School. She is another one of our outstanding employees who took on job duties not required of her, but definitely needed.  With no technical training, she became a student of all things virtual learning. Then she quickly became a human help desk assisting students and parents with log on issues, functionality, laptop fixes, Zoom issues, and so much more.  It took much of her day most days, but she was always happy to help in any way she could.
