David Ellis

Captain Ellis is one of our dedicated police officers who also volunteers his time to our students. This year, he is working with the Nimitz Middle School Model Club to help students build models. More than that, he spends time building relationships with them and serving as a positive role model. Not only do the students say they aspire to be like him, but he also shows students that there are adults who care. This has also helped build a strong relationship between the community and law enforcement. He makes weekly visits to mentor these students and share his passion of models with them.
