Huebner Elementary School teacher Susan Anderson and her husband Ken, along with parent volunteers Jessica and Tara took on the huge task of removing a ton of overgrown grass, weeds and brush behind the campus. This was in support of the school’s PTA’s beautification efforts. Jessica also helped by securing the services of a professional landscaper. Together, they planned the project, coordinated the tasks needed and gave financial support. It took weeks of work but it has made a huge difference for the Huebner community and Huskie Pride.
