The 2015 Bond Program includes funding to provide facility upgrades at the Comalander Stadium to (1) replace the existing east and west side bleachers (The east side stands were replaced between December 2016 and July 2017, while the west side stands were replaced between December 2017 and July 2018.); (2) construct two new field house locker rooms for the home and visitor teams; and (3) renovate the existing public restrooms located under the east/west bleachers.

Bid Package 2 Bleacher Demolition and Utilities Reconnection
The Bid Package 2 Bleacher Demolition and Utilities Reconnection Project will disconnect the existing utilities tied to the underside of the existing bleachers (i.e., mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology systems), demolish and remove the existing bleacher structural frame, seats, and ramps, and – following installation of the new bleacher system – reconnect utilities to reactivate all existing facility support systems.

The 2015 Bond Program includes funding to provide facility upgrades at BAC Comalander Stadium. This project will relocate and replace the existing field maintenance building (2,500 sq. ft.) with a new metal building and outdoor covered work area. Construction of the new field maintenance building will occur between the baseball facility north-side visitor stands and Comalander Stadium.

Bid Package 4 New Field House Locker Rooms and Stadium Restroom Renovations
Bid Package 4 will construct 2 new field house locker rooms (home and visitor) at the south end of the stadium to replace the existing locker rooms located under the east/west bleachers, renovate the men’s and women’s public restrooms which serve Comalander Stadium, and provide various site infrastructure improvements to support the project. The total facility program for Bid Package 4 equals 13,392 sq. ft. which includes 10,992 sq. ft. for 2 new field houses and 2,400 sq. ft. for the stadium restroom renovations.
