Mr. Wayment has been teaching reading and writing for sixteen years. He has also had careers as an illustrator/cartoonist and a bookstore manager. He is a published writer, and he writes, performs, and records songs in his spare time. He brings all of these experiences and talents to his teaching, and finds great fulfillment in creating, and implementing (in collaboration with our students) our honoros and GT reading/writing activites that integrate smoothly with the rest of the DATA curriculum.

Mr. Wayment was born at a very early age. Even though he is only fifty-five years old, he reads on a sixty-seven-year-old level. He currently does not have a sense of humor, but he is considering ordering one on eBay sometime soon.
