This is my 12th year teaching at DATA.  I am originally from Michigan and settled in San Antonio in 1997.  My husband retired from the Army in 2003.  Our two daughters are graduates of Madison High School.  I currently have seven grandkids, three boys and four girls.  I enjoy spending time with the grandkids and spoiling them before I send them home.  My husband and I often spend time motorcycling in the Hill Country on weekends.  I also enjoy watching baseball, hockey, and the English Premier League.  Cross-stitching has been a hobby of mine for most of my adult life.  When reading, I enjoy books about history.
