The cafeteria offers a prepayment plan in all schools. Meals and a la carte items may be purchased with this plan. Any amount may be deposited into the student's account and the balance is reduced each time an item is purchased. Payments can be made by cash or check at the school cafeteria or by credit card online. A small convenience fee is charged for credit card transactions.
You can check your student's account balance through the North East ISD Parent Portal.
Your children may be eligible for the Free and Reduced Price Meal Program. The 2019-2020 application will be available in mid-July. Beginning July 16, you can apply online at https://www.neisd.net/Page/295.
Applications will also be distributed at the beginning of the school year or may be requested by contacting the School Nutrition Services office at 210-356-9113 beginning July 15.
If you have any questions during the school year, please contact your cafeteria manager. Cafeteria managers will be on summer break from June 7, 2019 - August 9, 2019. Castle Hills' manager returns on July 19, 2019. Please contact the School Nutrition office at 210-356-9117 if you need assistance during the summer break.

North East Independent School District no longer uses MySchoolBucks for online payments. NEISD will not be accepting online payments from June 11, 2019 to July 14, 2019. Further information will be provided during the summer to inform you of a new online payment system that will be operational beginning on July 15, 2019.
