The 2015 Bond Johnson High School project includes construction of a fine arts facility addition (4,918 sq. ft.) and selective interior campus renovations as the new addition will connect with the existing campus fine arts center. Project components include site demolition; earthwork; site utilities relocation (water and storm water); erosion control installation and maintenance; suspended slab foundation; concrete forming and placement; masonry, structural steel fabrication and erection; insulation, waterproofing, and roofing; masonry; millwork; carpentry, doors, frames, and hardware; glass, glazing, & storefront wall systems; resilient flooring, ceramic tile; drywall; ceilings; painting; visual display boards; mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and fire protection systems; data cabling, security, and intrusion detection systems; site drainage; landscape and irrigation work; hardscape and asphalt paving.
