I'm a realtor with the Tom White Group. A while back I had, had a question about your "school choice" program available for out of district parents, moving into the district. My clients wanted to be in a school with an intensive Spanish language course, and it was critical they know their options. I reached Edith 2 minutes before y'all closed, and she spent 15 minutes on the phone until every question I had was answered. Today she called and checked in to see how my client's move was and if I had any further questions. She let me know I could forward any of my clients with questions to her as an extra value add.
 
I have never had such a positive experience with any public servant before. Not that I've had tremendously bad ones, but Edith was exemplary. I had to ask multiple times before she would let me know how best to reach y'all and let you know. She's allowing me to bring a little extra value to clients moving into your district, and in return, I get another positive thing to talk about with clients wondering about whether NEISD is right for them. I wanted to take a moment and let y'all know what a tremendous asset she was not only to me, but is to you!
