Attention parents and guardians,
A survey from the North East ISD Board of Trustees regarding Health course offerings in our District will be shared with parents of children in grades 6 - 12 next week.
Currently, High School Health 1 is a mandatory graduation requirement in NEISD (0.5 credit / 1 semester). This requirement is not mandated by the State of Texas; which leaves the decision to each individual school district. Students also receive health class in middle school, which IS a state requirement.
The survey opens on Monday, March 25, and closes at 5 p.m. on Friday, March 29.
A survey link from noreply@qemailserver.com will arrive in your inbox on Monday, March 25. Please also check your quarantine and junk folders for the email from Qualtrics.
If you do not receive the survey, please send an email to survey@neisd.net with your child’s Student ID, First Name, Last Name and a new email address to send the link to. When sending the email, please type Board Health Survey in the subject line.
Additionally, please go ahead and make sure your contact information is updated in Skyward. You can check it by visiting neisd.net/skyward.
