ave you been wanting to implement a fitness routine, but you are unsure where to start? Join your District Wellness Coordinator in the NEISD Fitness Center (10333 Broadway) February 6- 8 for a complete run through of the equipment available, and insight into the exercises that would be most beneficial for you. Registration is required to attend, please use this link to sign up. Email wellness@neisd.net with any questions.
As a reminder, the NEISD Employee Fitness Center is free to all employees and open from 5 a.m. – 8 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the exception of District holidays. All employees must register to use the fitness center and receive badge access. Please complete this waiver and email it to Melisande Winslow at mwinsl@neisd.net .
