Congratulations to all 22 teams participating in the NEISD Sand Volleyball League Fall 2023 season.
This year's winners are:
First Place: Nimitz Middle School’s “Notorious D.I.G” team. (pictured in pink)
Second Place: Human Resources’ “Customer Servers” team (pictured in purple)
Third Place: Bulverde Creek Elementary School’s “Flexin’ Texans” team. (pictured in blue)
“Employee participation in our volleyball league can contribute to a healthier, happier, and more productive workforce," said Todd Coleman, Director of Employee Relations. "It fosters camaraderie, teamwork, and boost morale. It provides a positive outlet for energy, competition, and employee networking by building relationships outside of the traditional work setting.”
Our spring season will start around the Spring Break. Campuses and departments that are interested in participating and forming a sand volleyball team, should send an email to Dustin Lerma at dlerma@neisd.net or Todd Coleman at tcolem@neisd.net.
