Did you know as a Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX) member you have access to support 24/7 to help you find a doctor, get estimates for procedures, schedule appointments and understand your benefits? Your Benefits Value Advisor (BVA) is available by phone or live chat and can help answer any of your health and benefit questions.
Additionally, a 24/7 Nurseline staffed with registered nurses is available any time of day or night to help navigate where to go for care in unexpected medical situations. The Nurse Line also offers an audio library system with more than 1,200 health topics ranging from allergies to women’s health.
